We provide managed IT recruitment services to many large multinational Clients. If we are working with a Client on a managed service basis it means we are either responsible for overseeing all of that Client's entire IT recruitment requirements or are retained on an exclusive basis to manage the IT recruitment for a strategic position/major IT program.

Managed service agreements usually arise after a period of successful delivery as contingency services provider. It means that we have a deeper insight into the Client’s business direction, IT projects and recruitment needs – and so we can give you even more information to help you make your career/employment decision.

Many of our managed service Clients require further recruitment support services so you may have your technical competency or your aptitude tested by us or we may perform a psychometric profile on you. We may invite you for an assessment. It depends on our Clients’ requirements at that time.

It may be you were originally contacted by another recruitment firm before being passed on to us. These agencies work with us on a 2nd tier supplier basis – often because of their expertise in specific areas/locations (e.g. they specialise in multi-lingual candidates). However, once you have been put in contact with us by the original firm, we will manage every subsequent step of the process on your behalf.
