We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to work on projects for a reputed bank, to manage and execute the end-to-end margin call process (bilateral, regulatory, and cleared), ensuring compliance with various legal agreements. The ideal candidate will handle collateral management, dispute resolution, and provide support to overseas entities in a fast-paced and high-risk environment.

Mandatory Skill(s)
 

• Degree in Finance or related discipline;
• Strong knowledge of margin call and collateral management processes;
• Must have 1-2 years of experience with legal agreements such as CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, and PAD;
• Familiarity with bilateral and regulatory initial margin processes;
• Must have understanding of OTC cleared margin requirements;
• Must have experience working with triparty custodians and clearing brokers;
• Ability to manage exceptions and dispute resolution protocols;
• Attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Good stakeholder communication and escalation management skills;
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, internal margin systems, or collateral management platforms.

Desirable Skill(s)

•  Experience in supporting overseas/global operations;
• Knowledge of derivatives (OTC) and capital markets;
• Prior exposure to risk mitigation and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure margin calls are executed as per CSA/GMRA/GMSLA/PAD agreements;
• Calculate, issue, receive, and settle margin calls in a timely and accurate manner;
• Manage triparty collateral calls under the Regulatory Initial Margin framework;
• Handle margin processes for OTC cleared trades with brokers and clearing houses;
• Resolve disputes following set procedures and escalate when necessary;
• Support overseas business units in collateral-related activities;
• Handle exceptions such as delayed payments or unresponded margin calls.
