We’re seeking a skilled IAM specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead identity and access management initiatives using Microsoft EntraID (formerly Azure AD);
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field;
- Microsoft Certifications (preferred): SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator & AZ-500: Azure Security Technologies
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing: Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) & Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA);
- Experience with: AAD Connect and Azure AD Application Proxy, Certificate-based authentication and Federated SSO & Conditional Access Policies and Identity Protection features;
- Ability to lead application onboarding processes and IAM integration project;
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, security compliance, and lifecycle management;
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Certifications in Microsoft IAM technologies (e.g., SC-300, Azure Security Engineer Associate);
- Familiarity with: Microsoft licensing models and role-based access controls (RBAC) & Cloud-based IAM platforms (e.g., Azure, Okta, Ping);
- Experience working with infrastructure teams on application certificate lifecycle;
- Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
- Knowledge of modern authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect);
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure authentication/authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID;
- Develop and maintain integrations for SSO and MFA across enterprise applications;
- Implement identity protection controls: conditional access, risk-based policies;
- Configure and support AAD Connect and Application Proxy for hybrid identity;
- Manage certificate lifecycles for federated SSO with infrastructure admins;
- Lead application onboarding to the IAM platform, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards;
- Collaborate with application owners to determine licensing and access controls;
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers or engineers;
- Stay current on IAM trends and Microsoft Entra updates, ensuring continuous improvement of systems and processes.
