We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to contribute primarily to MIS reporting and projects for a reputed bank. The ideal candidate will oversee key banking operations and enhance service delivery across multiple channels, consistently striving to exceed partner expectations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must be focused on MIS reporting and projects, including collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely monthly computation of reserves;
• Must have experience in reviewing and reporting reserves, and preparing submissions for TRMTC;
• Support the preparation of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to interest rate issues;
• Assist with testing and tracking rates automation projects across VCG and Rates teams;
• Must have experience assisting with quarterly reporting presentations and reviewing stale rates in the credit asset class.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of TRMTC (Treasury Risk Management and Trading Committees), VCG, Rates in Credit Assest Class;
• Exposure within banking Industry.

Responsibilities

• Streamline workflows to improve team efficiency and review control processes to identify and address gaps;
• Proficient in handling ad-hoc queries from various department within the bank assisting with internal and external audit requests for the desks;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk limits;
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation initiatives;
• Evaluate trading activities and assess associated risks;
• Coordinate with finance, risk, and treasury teams to align risk reporting and controls;
• Review and approve key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk measurement models.
