We are looking for a seasoned technology and people leader to head a team responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions in cash management and reporting systems within a corporate banking environment.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 12 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years managing delivery of enterprise-scale projects;
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership and people management experience;
- Must have experience in Cash Management and Reporting Systems;
- Must have experience with payment systems, formats, and channels such as ISO20022, SEPA, SWIFT, TT, RTGS, LVP;
- Must have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes;
- Experience with big data tools such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, HDFS, HBase;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices;
- Proficient in stakeholder management, project governance, and coaching teams.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Strong understanding of SWIFT MT/MX formats (MT940, CAMT 52/53/54, PACS 02, etc.);
- Experience in Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement processes;
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools;
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and chapter-based delivery models and ability to innovate and drive technical transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of around 10 engineers and domain experts;
- Oversee project delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and support;
- Align team activities with business priorities, regulatory standards, and global strategies;;
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices including DevSecOps, automation, and agile delivery;
- Monitor and improve delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency;
- Manage team capacity, hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and career progression;
- Ensure alignment with infrastructure, integration, and enterprise architecture teams;
- Promote continuous improvement in project delivery, support, and cost efficiency;
- Coordinate L3 support and collaborate with global support teams on technical escalations;
- Represent the team in governance forums and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
