We are seeking a motivated and skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge projects for a prestigious banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and maintaining Python-based applications, combined with modern full-stack development skills and a passion for integrating AI-powered services.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have Strong Python skills, with experience in additional scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash, ideally used for automation or data analysis;
• Must be Proficient in querying and handling both structured (SQL) and unstructured data Such as (NoSQL, APIs, text files) to support analysis and automation tasks;
• Must be Skilled in developing effective dashboards with Tableau and QlikView; submission of a portfolio or detailed project examples is mandatory;
• Skilled in Python (automation, AI/ML), JavaScript/TypeScript (UIs, web triggers), SQL (queries, workflows), and Java or shell scripting for backend automation.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Background in banking or finance, with familiarity in navigating regulatory and compliance requirements;
• Experience in Process Re-engineering: Skilled in optimizing workflows using improvement methodologies to boost efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks;
• Proficiency in other languages such as R, offering flexibility for data analysis and advanced automation tasks.

Responsibilities

•  Hands-on involvement in integrating AI services into applications along with Familiarity with modern full-stack technologies;
• Understanding of Low-Code AI and Automation: Familiar with tools like Dify.ai, UiPath, or Make, with a solid grasp of AI/ML in automation and quick adaptability to new technologies;
• Ability to interpret data, recognize patterns, and convert business requirements into automated workflows;
• Experience with Python-based automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Airflow, and Pandas;
• Building internal tools, bots, or custom workflow engines and working with workflow or low-code platforms such as Camunda, Power Automate, or UiPath;
• exposure with large language models (LLMs) and related tools like OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Llama Index, or similar orchestration frameworks;
• Skilled with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and experience deploying AI prototypes in internal sandbox environments;
• Practical understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and applying LLMs within real-world workflows;
• Experience managing sandbox and staging environments, particularly during MVP and prototyping phases.
