We are seeking a Service Support Officer to join a leading banking firm on a 12-month contract. The role involves supporting relationship managers with repricing applications, document management, and preparing management reports and presentation decks. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates with strong administrative and reporting skills.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline;
- Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- Must have 1-3 prior experience in financial / banking operations or support functions;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Ability to prepare management reports, MIS dashboards, and presentation decks;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines;
- Willingness to support both data entry and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support relationship officers in handling repricing applications, including data entry and document collation;
- Follow up with customers to obtain outstanding documents and ensure completeness;
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparation of MIS reports and presentation decks;
- Assist in generating monthly reports and compiling materials for management reviews;
- Maintain accurate reporting for daily, monthly, and yearly requirements;
- Ensure high accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
