We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead the Bank’s Regulatory Reporting initiatives. This role will oversee end-to-end project management from planning and execution to reporting.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Risk, Finance, or a related field;
- Must have 5–7 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting in financial institutions,
- Must have proven experience in a business management office, risk management, or similar function within the banking or financial services sector;
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in business management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Solid understanding of business operations, risk management, process improvement, and performance tracking;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, resolution planning, and project management;
- Experience in risk management;
- Strong stakeholder management and governance skills with experience engaging senior committees.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Bank’s regulatory reporting documentation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strategies are practical, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements as part of resolution planning and strategy;
- Oversee resolution planning projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, supporting the team in planning, consolidation, and execution, monitoring progress, managing risks, and providing clear status reporting using project management tools under project and program management;
- Coordinate with resolution planning working groups and committees, provide timely updates to senior risk committees, and facilitate workflow discussions to design and implement new processes for effective stakeholder and governance engagement;
- Review and analyze data to generate insights, prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making, and produce governance materials such as agendas, minutes, and presentations for committees in reporting and analysis.
