We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define user stories, and support the successful delivery of product solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable outcomes, and driving cross-functional collaboration across UX/UI, development, and product teams.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- 8+ years in life & health insurance (policy servicing and/or claims);
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Must have hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence;
- Must have experience as a domain SME on Agile projects;
- Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder communication skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Collaborative with UX/UI teams to ensure usability and accurate requirements;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment abilities;
- Self-motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirement;
- Write detailed user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog;
- Collaborate with UX/UI, development, and product teams;
- Assess feasibility of features and support Agile ceremonies;
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
