We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to build Generative AI solutions that address business challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI/GenAI applications, supporting the enterprise strategy to make analytics a product and foster an AI-driven culture.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- 3–5 years of experience in data science roles, with AWS platform experience;
- Familiarity with Document Chunking, Embedding, and Information Retrieval techniques;
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering for designing and managing prompts;
- Must have hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and deploying foundation models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Meta Llama);
- Experience integrating foundation models into scalable applications using APIs and orchestration tools;
- Ability to design and apply evaluation frameworks for Generative AI models, including human-in-the-loop evaluation;
- Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised ML models (linear & logistic regression, clustering, tree-based models);
- Strong skills in feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation;
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Spark.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience with Agentic Flow for user intent-driven models;
- AWS certifications;
- MLOps implementation on AWS;
- Background in finance, telecom, or consulting;
- Knowledge of Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Hive, S3;
- Passion for tech and AI upskilling.
Responsibilities
- Own AI/ML use cases from design to deployment and ongoing improvement;
- Act as AI technical specialist, focusing on Generative AI to enhance sales and operations;
- Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to build practical AI solutions;
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into AI/ML technical specs;
- Document datasets, models, performance, code, and workflows;
- Ensure compliance with data privacy (e.g., PDPA) and AI governance standards;
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement in AI/ML models.
