We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join a leading banking institution. This role will focus on supporting day-to-day payment operations, including Inward and Outward Telegraphic Transfers (ITT/OTT), ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and stakeholder support. This role is suitable for early-career professionals who are keen to build a career in banking operations and payments.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field;
• Open to entry level, or 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, payments, or reconciliations;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Exposure to payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, MAS Electronic Payment System, or equivalent);
• Knowledge of reconciliation and operational controls;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational activities related to ITT/OTT transactions;
• Check completeness and accuracy of customer instructions before processing;
• Conduct daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments;
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve queries and issues in a timely manner;
• Escalate system issues and work with tech teams on resolutions;
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
