We are hiring 3 Technical Analysts to support application development, data management, and system enhancements. The role is suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with knowledge of MySQL and Life Asia, and exposure to Java.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have basic knowledge of MySQL (querying, data extraction, reporting);
• Must have understanding of Life Asia systems;
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Must have good communication and teamwork abilities;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Exposure to Java programming;
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment;

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions for business requirements;
• Support and maintain applications, with a focus on Life Asia systems;
• Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries using MySQL;
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
• Provide support in Java-based application enhancements;
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and system changes.
