We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver TIM projects. The role involves managing cross-platform workstreams, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management (Agile & PMP/Prince2), experience in managing complex technology initiatives, and proven leadership in driving both technical and non-technical teams.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- Must have minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience, including at least 3 years in Agile deliver;
- Must have professional qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2);
- Must have agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, Kanban;
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously;
- Understanding of various technology platforms across Desktop, Systems, Servers, Data Center, Storage etc;
- Strong in manage complex projects and multiple projects at a time;
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills;
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working in the Banking/Insurance industry;
- Exposure to regional/global project delivery models and Centre of Excellence structures;
- Sound experience in large-scale office integration and relocation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of TIM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Work closely with senior management to define project scope, direction, and strategy;
- Supervise and steer multiple workstreams across different platforms, ensuring on-time delivery;
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and change controls in line with company policies;
- Identify risks and issues proactively, define mitigation strategies, and report timely to stakeholders;
- Host regular meetings with management, stakeholders, and vendors;
- Ensure Agile best practices are applied across project implementations;
- Monitor and control project execution across Plan, Build, and Run phases;
- Deliver project reports, performance updates, and project completion documentation;
- Drive technical teams to deliver business value and support rollout of infrastructure, security, and non-IT projects across multiple markets;
- Provide leadership across technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
