A senior-level role within a Core Banking IT department, responsible for managing quality assurance, project management, and testing for international payment and cash management systems. Requires strong expertise in payments, cash management, testing methodologies, and stakeholder management in a global banking environment.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 10+ years of IT/Banking experience with 5–7 years in Project Management (Payment Systems & Cash Management);
• Must have Functional testing experience in GPP-SP (Global PayPlus – Service Platform);
• Strong expertise in payment systems (Payments Hub, Clearing, Settlement, ACH programs, ISO20022, SEPA, SWIFT);
• Proficient in UAT, End-to-End, Functional & System Integration Testing;
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle;
• Experience in Defect Management, Test Tools (Xray/JIRA);

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of Retail, Wholesale & Corporate Banking;
• Exposure to International & Domestic Payments, Real-Time Payments, Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX & Messaging;
• Agile environment experience;
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors across global teams;

Responsibilities

• Lead QA functions and manage test teams (SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, automation);
• Develop, review, and enhance test strategies, test plans, and test cases;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams to align schedules, data, and environments;
• Ensure timely defect tracking, risk analysis, and resolution;
• Prepare UAT documentation, test scenarios, and reports;
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards;
• Manage communication and alignment across international teams;
• Provide leadership in payments testing, including regression, integration, and functional validation.
