This role assists with AML screening and risk control while supporting the Business User Test Manager or Project Manager in project delivery. It covers the full UAT lifecycle—from requirements and development to testing, implementation, and post-go-live issue resolution.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of UAT or Testing Support experience;
- Strong problem-solving with a meticulous and structured approach;
- Ability to multitask and deliver within tight deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Basic data analytics skills and familiarity with scripting or analytics tools;
- Resourceful with willingness to adopt automation and analytics;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in banking or financial institutions;
- Hands-on exposure to banking systems, especially compliance-related tools;
- Prior involvement in AML or risk-related projects;
- Knowledge of automation tools or advanced analytics;
Responsibilities
- Support UAT management in planning and preparation;
- Assist in drafting or reviewing Business Requirements and Functional Specifications;
- Define data and environment needs and coordinate stakeholder involvement;
- Define test scope, cycles, SLAs, metrics, and Entry/Exit Criteria;
- Identify and prepare test scenarios, test conditions, and scripts;
- Execute test cases and scripts;
- Track progress, document results, and monitor defects;
- Log, track, and validate defect fixes;
- Perform data analysis and run queries;
- Coordinate with IT and business/support teams for smooth testing and implementation;
- Ensure sign-off and closure of test cases;
- Support planning, monitoring, and operational readiness for go-live;
- Assist with post-deployment issue escalation and resolution.
