We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with a strong track record in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions. The role requires deep expertise in IT Service Management, hands-on technical knowledge, and multiple mandatory certifications. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in complex, enterprise-level environments such as Finance, Insurance, IT Shared Services, or consulting firms.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Must have 8+ years of experience in technical solution design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions;
- Must have 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in Finance, Insurance, IT Shared Services, or consulting firms;
- Holds ITIL V3/V4 certification and multiple ServiceNow credentials, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD);
- Certified as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management, with a Micro Certificate in Integration Hub Fundamentals;
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM modules;
- Proficiency in web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web services);
- Experience with App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflows, and SaaS environments;
- Proven ability to design and implement workflows in ServiceNow platform modules;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Familiar with CMDB design and operation;
- Experience in ITAM/ITOM module will be a plus;
- Hands on experience in Version upgrade will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB, and other modules;
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, designing workflows, integrations, and automation;
- Implement solutions using App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow capabilities in a SaaS environment;
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance across all ServiceNow implementations;
- Work in Agile environments, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges;
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and process standards.
