We are looking for Splunk Specialist with strong expertise in observability and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design, architecture, and expansion of our existing Splunk platform to enhance visibility, performance monitoring, and analytics capabilities. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk administration, development, and architecture;
• Must have strong understanding of observability concepts, logs, metrics, traces, APM, and infrastructure monitoring;
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade Splunk environments;
• Expertise in data ingestion, indexing, search processing language (SPL), and performance tuning;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Splunk Certified Consultant;
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Splunk platform (Enterprise / Cloud / ITSI);
• Drive architecture discussions and guide teams on Splunk best practices, data onboarding, and dashboard design;
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and reports for various operational and business use cases;
• Integrate Splunk with diverse data sources and observability tools (APM, logs, metrics, traces, etc.);
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security for Splunk deployments;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring adherence to observability standards and practices;
• Troubleshoot complex Splunk issues and perform root cause analysis.
