We are looking for a Senior Lead Designer for a leading technology firm, to drive end-to-end design vision and strategy across high-impact digital initiatives. This role involves driving user-centered design from discovery to delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and shaping scalable, human-centric digital products and services.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;
- Must have 10+ years in product or experience design, with proven end-to-end delivery of digital solutions;
- Must have strong expertise in UI/UX, user research, prototyping, journey mapping, and storytelling;
- Proven leadership in design strategy, system thinking, and guiding cross-functional teams;
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders;
- Experience with AI-driven design, data-informed solutions, or low-code/no-code platforms;
- Clear communication and influencing skills;
- Commitment to inclusive, accessible, user-centered design.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Background in consulting, design innovation, or large-scale digital transformation;
- Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems or toolkits across teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape design vision, strategy, and delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder digital products;
- Lead end-to-end design engagements – from research and problem definition to solutioning, prototyping, and delivery;
- Translate research insights into clear problem statements and effective design solutions;
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leads to bridge user needs with technical feasibility and business goals;
- Guide teams through complex design challenges and ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and impactful;
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits that enhance design excellence and collaboration;
- Mentor and coach design teams, nurturing growth and strengthening design culture across teams;
- Define and measure design success metrics to track impact and continuous improvement;
- Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation to unlock new opportunities and improve user experience.
