We are looking for an initiative-taking, service-oriented, and dynamic individual to join the team as a Network Infrastructure Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, configure, and manage a complex, large-scale campus network, ensuring seamless support for corporate and operational systems.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related discipline;
• Must have experience with configuring network and security equipment;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and consensus across all levels;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills;
• Proven ability to lead and manage 24/7 operations, handle incidents, and maintain operational compliance.
• Skilled in utilizing network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools to optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and within a team;
• Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives and resolve complex technical challenges.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Certifications that include CCIE, CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and develop technical roadmaps, maintenance contracts, tech refresh, and implementation plans;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases for new projects;
• Engage with internal and external vendors to review and propose technical solutions and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Lead and manage 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of ICT infrastructure;
• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of ICT Infrastructure (Wired/Wireless);
• Perform continuous improvement efforts by reviewing and enhancing business and ICT processes;
• Manage consultants, contractors, and systems integrators for successful implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
