We are seeking an Analyst to join a leading regional bank on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on providing front-office system support for Bloomberg AIM and related platforms (e.g., FactSet) used by the asset management business. You will also be responsible for managing market data services, licenses, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth business operations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field;
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis, application/platform support, or market data management;
• Must have solid understanding of Bloomberg AIM or similar front-office platforms;
• Exposure supporting or managing market data platforms (e.g., FactSet);
• Strong communication and documentation skills to liaise with business and vendor teams;
• Ability to liaise effectively with front-office users, operations, and vendors.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience within an asset management or buy-side environment;
• Exposure to market data feed and license management;
• Understanding of front-office trading workflows (portfolio management, compliance, execution);
• Hands-on experience with UAT testing or system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily business-as-usual (BAU) support for Bloomberg AIM and other front-office platforms to ensure efficient service quality;
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues, coordinating with internal users and vendors;
• Support UAT testing, system changes, and platform upgrades;
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and research teams to gather and document business requirements;
• Manage data feed subscriptions, user licenses, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreements;
• Conduct regular system checks, assist with audits, and maintain platform documentation.
