APAC Procurement Ops Analyst

The role supports the APAC Procurement function by managing supplier creation and maintenance in the OSR (One Supplier Referential) tool. The position involves coordinating with regional and local procurement teams, suppliers, and finance to ensure accurate onboarding, data reconciliation, and timely updates. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in vendor management, procurement support, or supplier onboarding;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in SharePoint administration;
  • Knowledge or experience with procurement systems such as OSR (One Supplier Referential);
  • Prior experience in APAC regional procurement operations.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of suppliers in OSR by obtaining relevant information from buyers/ local business contact/ supplier contact for all APAC territories, métiers and functions within the agreed timelines;
  • Liaise with the local finance team and perform reconciliation between new supplier created and accounts payable data;
  • Support APAC Procurement team on overall procurement matters, assist in building dashboard or reports for management reporting;
  • Publish monthly summary on all requests and ensure the tracking of supplier creation ;
  • Addressing requestors/ buyers queries on suppliers created on the tool;
  • Assisting in providing ad-hoc reports to the stakeholders;
  • Publishing of the KPI report on a Quarterly basis;
  • Publishing of Monthly Deck for the Management;
  • Addressing system technical issues with HO when needed;
  • Continuously look for ways to simplify, improve and innovate the process.
