Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s  degree in Physics/ Chemistry or Degree in Engineering;
• 2–5 years QA experience in semiconductor environment;
• Strong knowledge of SPC, QA controls, and statistical techniques;
• Familiar with FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA;
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949; 
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SQL skills preferred;
• Critical thinker, team player, able to work independently.
 

Desirable Skill(s)

• Audit Experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer claims and drive timely resolution;
• Implement and monitor CAPA, including verification of effectiveness;
• Lead/participate in MRB to ensure only conforming products are shipped;
• Prepare process and product capability reports (internal/external);
• Ensure CofC accuracy and alignment with customer requirements;
• Conduct internal audits and support customer audits;
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality enhancement activities;
• Perform tasks assigned by QA/QM Manager or HOD.
