Responsible for leading the end-to-end configuration, onboarding, and support of insurance products across multiple business channels—including agency, broker, banca, and direct-to-consumer platforms. The role also drives system analysis, requirement gathering, impact assessment, and solution design to support business growth across all markets.

Mandatory Skill(s)
Minimum 5 years of experience in full systems development lifecycle.
Must have a solid working knowledge of insurance product configuration and rollout, covering Par, Non-Par, ILAS, and related product lines.
Solid technical foundation in Node.js, client-server architecture, MongoDB, and modern web/app frameworks.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize complex business requirements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities with a track record of delivering projects within deadlines.

Desirable Skill(s)
Experience defining “As-Is” and “To-Be” business and system process flows.
Familiarity with systems engineering concepts and modelling techniques.
Ability to create prototypes, mockups, and conceptual designs for validation.
Broad awareness of current and emerging digital solutions and technology trends.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills across business and IT functions.

Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and onboarding of new insurance products on existing new-business platforms (Cube, DTC, etc.) for all markets.
Collaborate with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, and Marketing teams to interpret product specifications, sales illustration rules, rate tables, and calculations.
Drive requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical architecture.
Analyze and enhance system functionalities across software applications, web services, and platform components.
Prepare and present project proposals, documentation, and technical specifications for management approval.
Develop prototypes, mockups, and conceptual models to support requirement validation.
Ensure all product configurations are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Promote configuration-first approaches to enhance product maintainability and reduce customization dependencies.
Support platform upgrades and maintain consistency across all business units.
Provide ongoing technical support for product configuration issues and enhancements.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams including IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Solution Delivery, Data Governance, and Digital Transformation.
