We are looking for an experienced Senior Business & Solution Analyst to support digital initiatives within Cash Management and Corporate Banking Services. The suitable candidates have strong payments and core banking domain expertise, who are comfortable owning end-to-end feature delivery in a complex global banking environment. He/she will also be working closely with business, product, and technology teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline;
• Must have at least 8 years of Business / Solution Analysis experience within banking IT systems;
• Hands-on Global PayPlus (GPP) experience (v4.6.24 or above);
• Strong knowledge of cash management, payment systems, and core banking applications;;
• Experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT, payment mapping and validations;
• Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement, ACH;
• Knowledge of FX processes (conversion, rates, spread, markup);
• Experience supporting test automation and end-to-end testing;
• Experience in regional or global banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end feature delivery from requirements to production;
• Act as feature owner, leading requirement analysis, estimation, and stakeholder engagement;
• Perform business analysis and solution design, including configuration in Global PayPlus (GPP);
• Produce work breakdown structures (WBS) and effort estimates to support project planning;
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and test data to support development and automation;
• Support test automation, end-to-end testing, UAT handover, and production rollout;
• Maintain and support existing cash management and reporting applications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply Agile and Scrum practices to ensure successful delivery.
