We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations are met.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 5–8 years of experience in project management delivering business or technology projects;
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure;
• Must have strong experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors;
• Strong documentation, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments;
• Exposure to technology, digital, or process transformation projects;
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption practices;
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, and budgets;
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives;
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution;
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans;
• Manage UAT coordination, go-live readiness, and handover to operations where applicable;
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and management;
• Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
