We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for supplier quality management, material qualification, and compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements while driving continuous improvement using quality tools and KPIs.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality audits and management systems;
• Must have proficiency Quality Management Systems and auditing practices;
• Proficient in statistical methods and quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC);
• Must have knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Exposure to global supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality interface for suppliers and manage supplier quality performance;
• Manage material specifications, Supplier Quality Agreements (SQA/QAA), SQC, and early alert systems in coordination with suppliers;
• Ensure only materials that meet approved specifications are released for production use;
• Collaborate with FMOS and Global/Local Procurement & Logistics teams to manage suppliers under standardized global processes;
• Define, track, and report supplier quality KPIs on a regular basis;
• Conduct periodic supplier quality and on-site contractor performance reviews;
• Standardize and continuously improve supplier quality and incoming inspection processes across the organization.
