We are looking for an HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment while supporting general HR operations for a leading semiconductor manufacturing company. Beyond managing full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles, you will also contribute to HR coordination work such as internal events, career fairs, and day-to-day employee support — a great opportunity to broaden into a more well-rounded HR role.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, Engineering, or related fields;
- Must have at least 2 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume manufacturing;
- Good understanding of Singapore employment guidelines and recruitment practices;
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and HR database tools;
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience hiring non-executive or high-volume roles;
- Familiarity with SAP HR modules or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding);
- Execute recruitment strategies via portals, agencies, campus outreach, and career fairs;
- Coordinate hiring needs and timelines with hiring managers;
- Prepare weekly hiring updates and ensure accurate documentation and compliance;
- Support internal HR activities such as onboarding sessions and staff-related events;
- Assist in organising external events like career fairs and partner engagement activities;
- Provide day-to-day HR generalist support and handle HR queries;
- Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights;
- Support HR policy updates and offer advisory support to employees and managers.
