Seeking a System Analyst with strong insurance product configuration experience to manage end-to-end onboarding of new products across digital and new business platforms. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Actuarial, and IT teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable system solutions.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full systems development;
- Strong experience in insurance product configuration and rollout (Par, Non-Par, ILAS products);
- Solid technical foundation in Node.js, client-server architecture, MongoDB, and modern web/app frameworks;
- Experience working with multi-channel insurance distribution platforms;
- Proven ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, and Microservices architecture;
- Experience with mobile platforms and cross-system API integrations;
- Relevant certifications or multi-market insurance exposure is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end configuration and onboarding of insurance products (Par, Non-Par, ILAS) across new business platforms and multiple distribution channels;
- Collaborate with Product, Actuarial, and Pricing teams to translate product specifications, rate tables, and sales illustrations into system configurations;
- Gather and analyze business requirements, perform impact analysis, and define “As-Is” and “To-Be” process flows;
- Prepare functional specifications, support API mapping, and coordinate cross-system integrations;
- Ensure projects are delivered within timeline and budget while maintaining system scalability and consistency;
- Provide ongoing support, system enhancements, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.
