Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead and shape payments solutions, from domestic to cross-border systems, ensuring compliance and smooth cash management operations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 10+ years of experience in payment systems with strong knowledge of the payments domain;
• Expertise in domestic payment systems (RTGS – RITS, FISC, CHATS, MEPS) and cross-border payments (SWIFT MT/MX, CBPR+);
• Strong understanding of ISO 20022 standards and SWIFT messaging frameworks;
• Experience with payment engine implementations (in-house or vendor payment platforms);
• Good understanding of the end-to-end cash management ecosystem.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field;
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in international payments, real-time payments, cash & liquidity management, AML/compliance, FX, and SWIFT/ISO messaging;
• Analyze business requirements (BRD) and translate them into clear functional specifications;
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design within the payment engine;
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, client services, and technology teams to deliver payment solutions;
• Support corporate payments, correspondent banking, and clearing & settlement mechanisms;
• Ensure compliance with ISO 20022, SWIFT standards, and regulatory payment frameworks;
• Provide defect triage, testing support, and Level 3 production support for payment applications;
• Work closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical implementation;
• Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, and project deliverables across the payment ecosystem;
• Prepare SOPs, documentation, and provide user training when required.
