We are looking for an Analyst, experienced in MIS Reporting and Process Automation in the banking environment.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant discipline;
• Has around 2–3 years of MIS Reporting and Automation experience;
• Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft Access, Excel and Word;
• Proficiency in Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation and reporting;
• Working knowledge of Python for data processing, reporting, and process automation;
• Must be able to handle repetitive work;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience of working in Banking industry. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering management information report to the top management;
• Create work flow tool through system based information;
• Plan and schedule activities based on the timelines through automation process;
• Creation and maintenance of Data base;
• Assist the team in adhoc projects assigned;
• Look at process improvement process.
