Mandatory Skill(s)
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development using Spring and Spring Boot;
- Strong experience in Angular (6+ years) for frontend development;
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API-centric design;
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server including query optimization and performance tuning;
- Solid understanding of design patterns, anti-patterns, and scalable solution design;
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab;
- Full stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Exposure to banking, finance, or investment banking domain;
- Experience with Apache Spark for data processing;
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, fully tested code aligned with defined quality standards and timelines;
- Collaborate with architects on technical design and business analysts on functional requirements;
- Analyze requirements, identify technical constraints, and propose optimal solutions;
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and effort estimations;
- Define and execute test strategies in coordination with project stakeholders;
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality;
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team;
- Drive continuous improvement, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
