Seeking a Threat Hunting Specialist responsible for proactively identifying cyber threats through structured threat hunting programs and analysis of system and network logs. Focuses on detecting, investigating, and reporting security threats to strengthen organizational cyber defense. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Security or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security;
• Relevant GIAC certifications such as GCFA and GCFR;
• Experience in threat hunting programmes;
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in risk assessment;
• Ability to support cybersecurity exercises.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cyber threat hunting programmes;
• Perform threat hunting including hypothesis creation, search queries, and reporting;
• Coordinate threat hunts with asset owners and security teams;
• Analyse system and network logs to identify threats;
• Analyse forensic images to detect malicious activity;
• Draft reports and present findings to stakeholders;
• Track emerging cyber threats and update hunting capabilities;
• Provide cybersecurity advice including threat vectors, risk assessment, and mitigation measures.
