• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and large-scale implementation of Generative AI initiatives, driving innovation, enhancing digital capabilities, and delivering measurable business value through advanced AI solutions;
• Head and mentor cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI platforms and use cases, while ensuring robust governance, ethical AI practices, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational and national digital transformation goals.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domain with minimum 5 years in leadership roles;
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models);
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise AI platforms and deploying AI solutions in production environments;
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, ethics, and regulatory compliance;
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and translating AI capabilities into business value;
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, large-scale transformation programs, and managing budgets/projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide Generative AI strategy, aligning digital transformation goals and identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation;
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions, including PoCs, MVPs, and scalable production systems;
• Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning;
• Develop and maintain a secure, scalable, and compliant AI platform to support organization-wide adoption;
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions;
• Drive stakeholder engagement and partnerships with external vendors, research bodies, and technology partners for co-innovation initiatives;
• Establish and enforce AI governance, ethics, and data privacy frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and resource planning for large-scale AI initiatives;
• Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success, impact, and ROI of AI programs;
• Champion a data-driven culture and continuous improvement, optimizing AI models and processes over time;
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
