We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to work in a multicultural and collaborative IT environment. The role requires strong L1/L2 application support experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to support Corporate IT and Security applications.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have 4+ years of experience in application support or development;
- Must have knowledge of scripting / programming languages such as PowerShell, C# and Java;
- Must have familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, and TFS;
- Understanding of IT production environments, deployment processes, and pipelines;
- Basic knowledge of application servers;
- Ability to analyze and manage incidents, problems, and user requests;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Willingness to work in shift schedules (Asia and EMEA time zones), including weekends and on-call rotation;
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working in the financial industry or regulated environments;
- Exposure to security and compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical and functional support for Corporate IT and Security applications;
- Interact with end-users through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems;
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems;
- Escalate issues to L3 application or infrastructure teams as needed;
- Monitor daily and monthly scheduled jobs and reports;
- Work closely with project, production, and infrastructure teams to handle user requests;
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket status and support data;
- Ensure timely resolution of support issues in a multi-regional setup;
- Maintain a high standard of communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing;
