Application Developer

We are looking for an experienced Application Analyst Programmer to work on projects within IT team for a reputed bank. This role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and improving Software Efficiency.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Node JS and Angular platform (version 19 or above);
• Write code that is scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and maintainable;
• Hands-on experience in application monitoring, incident resolution, and Level 2 support across complex environments;
• Familiarity with database systems and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, CI/CD and Kubernetes;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Understanding of Full stack Development environments;
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and test libraries.

Responsibilities

• Implement software requirements into robust, fully functional, and optimized systems;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reasonable test coverage for all software components;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including technical teams and business users, throughout investigation, testing, and deployment processes;
• Oversee release management activities, including submitting change requests and scheduling deployments for fixes and improvements;
• Conduct root cause analysis, communicate with management, and manage client relationships in collaboration with the infrastructure support team;
• Ensure that all changes to production environments follow the defined lifecycle and risk governance protocols;  
•  Provide application support, deploy releases, patches, and fixes, analyze performance, perform tuning, and ensure high availability and stability of the platform.
