We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of our Machine Learning Suite (MLS). With key domain knowledge in Compliance in the banking industry, the ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project delivery, system architecture, and production support while ensuring compliance with enterprise design and security standards.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have experience in project management, system implementation, application management, risk and change management;
- Must have experience in enterprise software development, architecture, system integration, and deployment;
- Hands-on experience in production support, including incident and problem management;
- Must have experience with Machine Learning, AI, and Data Analytics projects;
- Strong knowledge in networking, firewalls, SSO integration, data migration, disaster recovery, and security best practices;
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver within tight timelines;
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal);
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem, PySpark, Spark, Scala, Kafka, ETL, Python, shell scripting;
- Experience with NoSQL databases, Big Data platforms, and data transformation pipelines;
- Familiarity with tools like Control-M, Remedy, JIRA, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Aldon.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle projects for the implementation of Machine Learning Suite (MLS) including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support;
- Partner with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security policies, and compliance standards;
- Collaborate with application and business teams across regions to build, test, and deliver enhancements based on technical design documents;
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation, capturing key design decisions and ensuring traceability;
- Manage the planning and tracking of technical deliverables against project schedules;
- Conduct data and process mapping with interfacing systems to ensure integration readiness;
- Proactively escalate project risks or issues, and propose and drive resolution strategies;
- Own change request processes, deployment scheduling, and production readiness;
- Oversee the SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases with internal and external testing teams;
- Provide technical and testing support during go-live activities and stabilize post-deployment;
- Interface with multiple IT and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals;
- Manage vendor resources and deliverables, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
