Talent Acquisition Consultant (Financial Services)

As a part of our growth strategy, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with work experience in financial services industry.

 

What is expected from this role?

Primarily, it is a 270 degree role with the focus on financial services talent acquisition to meet our clients' project requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts to achieve mutual success.

Candidate Management
  • Source, attract, and assess talents through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Recruitment Delivery
  • Collaborate with clients as required.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and successful closure.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Ensure the successful joining by selected candidates.

 

Who shall fit-in the best for this role?

Incumbent must have 2-4 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/ recruitment of active and passive candidates within financial services industry.

  • A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
  • Must have Client account management for recruitment (270 degree) within Singapore.
  • Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically source and judiciously screen candidates to pinpoint the ideal fit for our clients.
  • Successful track-record in account management to service clients with desired speed and accuracy is a must.
  • Proficiency in engaging with potential talents, adopting a consultative approach to understand their career aspirations, and aligning candidates' ambitions with our clients' project offerings.
  • Independently contributing to the entire candidate journey, from sourcing to onboarding and seamless client interaction are key aspects of the role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.
  • Capability to work towards meeting revenue performance goals.
