Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support project execution and Business Analysis. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting for informed decision-making.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process  Analyst within banking industry;
• Must have strong understanding of software application such as data flow, data interfacing, and system integration;
• Must have familiarity with data governance and strategic data flow principles;
• Proven experience in end-to-end UAT coordination and testing strategy and Ability to analyze and document complex business requirements;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Should be a team player and should meet timelines.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior experience working in banking, finance, or a regulated industry;
• Exposure to performance dashboards and KPI tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain comprehensive information about applications within the assigned business vertical, including system interfaces, data content, and data stored within the applications;
• Provide support to the user community by addressing business queries and offering guidance on optimal system usage during day-to-day BAU activities;
• Understand project scope and changes to support impact assessment, and document rationale for projects with no identified impact;
• For projects with impact, ensure design governance by aligning information flow—from source to core processing—with the strategic data flow framework;
• Define testing strategies, propose UAT sign-off criteria, and secure stakeholder alignment;
• Lead end-to-end UAT management including scheduling, coordination, and test result validation;
• Prepare clear and structured documentation on data flows, solution design, and testing methodology.
