Business Analyst

We are seeking for a self-motivated Business Analyst with data management skills and ensuring the quality, integrity, and accessibility of data to work on projects for a reputed bank.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have experience in Qualitative and Quantitative data to gather information such as using SQL;
• Must have experience in liaising with IT and Business users, strong stakeholder management skills;
• Maintain strong analytical, problem-solving, and communicating skills;
• Develop and perform SIT/UAT test cases for data quality rules;
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and possess exquisite time management skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge in Intranet/internet, Microsoft office 365 and wireless Mobile Technology;
• Work experience in banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data owners to establish data governance and implement processes for monitoring and reporting data quality;
• Maintain detailed application data for the assigned business vertical, including interfaces, posted content, and stored information;
• Assist users with business queries and provide guidance on effective system usage during daily BAU activities;
• Understand project scope and changes to support impact assessment, and document rationale for projects with no impact;
• For impactful projects, ensure design aligns with the strategic data flow strategy and coordinate stakeholder requirements through structured walkthroughs with the team;
• Collaborate on scalable solution design, define and align testing approaches, manage UAT execution, and document data flow, design, and testing per standards.
