We are looking for an IT Support Associate who will provide end-user IT support, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, video conferencing, and inventory management, while coordinating with users and vendors for smooth operations.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have basic understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and operating systems;
- Must have fundamental troubleshooting skills for PCs, printers, and basic networking;
- Exposure to software installation, system imaging, and hardware setup;
- Experience with video conferencing tools, meeting room setups, and IT helpdesk systems;
- Familiarity with antivirus solutions and system security protocols;
- Ability to follow IT procedures and maintain documentation;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- ITIL Certified;
- Basic understanding of compliance and IT security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the branch relocation process, including setup and movement of IT hardware;
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and authorized software;
- Provide IT helpdesk support for hardware/software issues and escalate when necessary;
- Setup and troubleshoot video conferencing systems and meeting room equipment;
- Maintain and update hardware/software inventory and ensure software license compliance;
- Assist users with system access and provide basic training on tools and systems;
- Obtain and validate IT-related quotations from suppliers for managerial review;
- Maintain updated documentation for systems, procedures, and user support;
- Coordinate with regional/global helpdesks and follow internal IT policies for security and compliance.
