Operations Analyst – Trade Systems, Banking (Entry Level)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to drive productivity, quality control, innovation, people capability. and work on projects for a reputed bank. The ideal candidate will oversee key banking operations and enhance service delivery across multiple channels, consistently aiming to exceed partner expectations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Information Systems or relevant disciplines;
• Has 2 Years of experience in banking operations or relevant experience, preferably with knowledge on trade systems;
• Must Understand and Plan day-to-day operational activities and propose solutions to operational problems.
• Proficiency in handling defect tracking systems and managing change requests;
• Must Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and foster positive relationships with stakeholders;
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively partner with peers and regional teams.
   

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of Operational Risk;
• Exposure within banking Industry is Plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of static data, including customer profiles, pricing, commissions, trade terms, and system parameters within core trade platforms;
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies while compiling monthly performance reports to monitor SLA achievements;
• Support IMEX (Import and Export) text development for changes and projects; review and update SOPs annually or as needed;
• Support risk and control activities, including Quality Assurance Reviews and Risk and Control Self-Assessments, as well as audits involving System Administration;
• Collaborate with regional teams to draft and review user stories for system enhancements that streamline System Administration processes;
• Assist in project rollout activities, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and live verification, with a focus on System Administration.
