Business Analyst- Fund Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to support key operational initiatives within bank. This role will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, working closely with Various teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business analytics or related feild;
• Must able to Manage change effectively and ensures high-quality deliverables are completed within project timelines;
• Must be Proficient on Office 365 such as MS Excel, Power point and MS Word;
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong reporting, presentation, and collaborative skills;
• Demonstrates the ability to align business objectives with technological solutions.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience in Fund Accounting/Fund Administration will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories;
• Supports and represents end users in stakeholder discussions across all phases of the SDLC;
• Responsible for UAT test case preparation, execution, progress tracking, and managing defect reporting and resolution;
• Facilitates change implementation and monitors post-production performance;
• Leads coordination of enhancement walkthroughs and user training sessions, while supporting resolution of production issues;
• Assists in tracking and consolidating data for continuous MIS, metrics and benchmarks reporting, as well as strategy presentations.
