Project Manager – Knowledge Hub and GenAI

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to take charge of building and managing a centralized Knowledge Hub that will function as a go-to resource center for internal teams. This individual will act as the site owner, responsible for content development, governance, and user access. This individual will also be tasked with compiling and designing Process Maps for all SOPs and process documentation, as well as migrating and organizing content within the new platform. Lastly, the individual will actively support GenAI change management efforts by creating engaging communication materials (using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) and leading training sessions to promote the adoption of both the Knowledge Hub and GenAI initiatives.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Must have proven experience managing intranet platforms or internal content repositories;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Must have experience in content governance, user access control, and content lifecycle management;
  • Must have proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
  • Ability to create and manage user guides, newsletters, and other communication materials;
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Familiarity with process mapping and standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation;
  • Exposure to GenAI tools, enterprise knowledge bases, or AI-related change management initiatives;
  • Experience in the financial services or banking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Migration of existing Knowledge Hub content and create new content as needed;
  • Creation and management of user accounts, assign roles and permissions, and maintain security settings for diverse teams and user groups;
  • Oversee content creation, updating, and organization, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and adherence to internal guidelines. Implement content archiving and retention policies for compliance;
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to content maintenance policies. Generate reports on content usage, user activity, and compliance;
  • Continuously improve the Knowledge Hub's functionality based on user feedback, focusing on usability, navigation, and page layout optimization;
  • Develop training and communication materials such as eDMs, newsletters, training guides, for both Content Publishers and end-users. This includes creating engaging and informative materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Compile, create process maps, and update SOPs and processes;
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive adoption, leveraging expertise in creating visually appealing and effective materials with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
