We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to work on projects for a reputed bank. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a significant impact.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 6-9 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration;
• Must have at least 4 years of hands-on working experience managing production application support;
• Must have Strong technical expertise in Windows OS Such as (2022, 2019, 2016, 2012), Microsoft and VCS Clustering, Citrix, VMware, SSH, RDP, IIS, and hardware systems;
• Proficient in Windows OS administration, patch management, and PowerShell scripting with hands-on experience;
• Experienced in performance tuning, memory dump analysis (Windows/Citrix), and managing Citrix 7.x, NetScaler, and StoreFront;
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting preferred for automating and eliminating repetitive tasks;
• Respond promptly to support emails, calls, and alerts, ensuring timely follow-up, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Hands-on expertise in Windows OS management, system patching, and automation using PowerShell scripting;
• Hands-on experience with middleware tools (Connect: Direct, SSH, IIS) and application setup support is a plus;

Responsibilities

• Perform on call duty on rotation basis- 24×7 Operational support, including Weekends and Public Holidays;
• Manage infrastructure projects from server provisioning to cutover, coordinating with infra and app teams throughout;
• Assess infrastructure architecture to identify gaps and areas for improvement;
• Execute Windows OS patching and handle administration tasks for both private and public cloud projects;
• Act as the SME for Windows administration and automation, guiding the application team in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues;
• Develops technical project plans for new initiatives within Business As Usual (BAU) operations;
• Works closely with application and infrastructure teams to design technical solutions and improvements;
• Lead the onboarding of new applications into the production environment;
• Supports deployment and maintenance of infrastructure security per Bank policies, using controls like patch management, antivirus, and system scans.
