• A Network Operations Analyst within Infra team (Network Operations) is responsible for providing level 2 support;
• This includes BRP capabilities, incident management and support of all components associated with these environments;
• Areas of support include the LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, DIA, Wireless, Proxy, Firewall, Load balancer and Optical solutions.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Technology Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience;
• Must have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification with minimum 5 years of work experience in Network Operations. Having CCNP is advantages;
• ITIL certifications are good to have for this position.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting incidents on Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching) + Proxy + Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) + Wifi;
• Should have experience doing troubleshooting in a company with a minimum of ~1000 network devices;
• Should have experience in IT Risk & Compliance, CIA, BIA, CMDB, IAM;
• Should be familiar with BCP/BRP exercise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively as a strong team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating self-motivation, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Communicate clearly and professionally with support teams, clients, and vendors through both verbal and written channels;
• Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies in daily operations and project execution;
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex network environments, including TCP/IP, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and wireless (AP/WiFi) technologies;
• Utilize hands-on experience with technologies such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco/Meraki WiFi, SD-WAN (Cisco/Viptela), VMware NSX, proxies, Audiocodes Team Voice Systems, and Cisco CUCM.
