We are looking for a project Manager who will drive and execute a tech risk–focused learning ecosystem through innovative training, digital campaigns, and behavioral change initiatives to embed a strong risk culture across the technology organization.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of Human Resource, Business, or Computer Science;
- Must have at least10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field;
- Must have proven expertise in designing and scaling learning programs such as scenario-based and behavioural learning;
- Strong understanding of Tech Risk frameworks and experience in developing and delivering role-based, digital-first learning content;
- Proficient in using digital learning tools and track record in driving continuous improvement through data and feedback;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Familiarity with risk culture frameworks in large tech or financial organizations;
- Exposure to Modern instructional design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to work with technology leaders to roll out customized, role-specific learning paths;
- Develop and enhance learning materials that promote Tech Risk Culture principles, including accountability models, key behaviours, and governance frameworks;
- Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to scale digital training initiatives and monitor learner participation;
- Define success metrics to measure learning impact like adoption rates, behaviour shifts;
- Gather feedback, analyze data, and regularly refresh learning content to stay aligned with evolving risk culture goals;
