Project Manager – Learning & Development

We are looking for a project Manager who will drive and execute a tech risk–focused learning ecosystem through innovative training, digital campaigns, and behavioral change initiatives to embed a strong risk culture across the technology organization.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of Human Resource, Business, or Computer Science;
  • Must have at least10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field;
  • Must have proven expertise in designing and scaling learning programs such as scenario-based and behavioural learning;
  • Strong understanding of Tech Risk frameworks and experience in developing and delivering role-based, digital-first learning content;
  • Proficient in using digital learning tools and track record in driving continuous improvement through data and feedback;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Familiarity with risk culture frameworks in large tech or financial organizations;
  • Exposure to Modern instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to work with technology leaders to roll out customized, role-specific learning paths;
  • Develop and enhance learning materials that promote Tech Risk Culture principles, including accountability models, key behaviours, and governance frameworks;
  • Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to scale digital training initiatives and monitor learner participation;
  • Define success metrics to measure learning impact like adoption rates, behaviour shifts;
  • Gather feedback, analyze data, and regularly refresh learning content to stay aligned with evolving risk culture goals;
