Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Strong object-oriented programming skills are required, with proficiency in languages such as C#, C++, or Python;
• Willing to work in a high-pressure front office (trading floor) environment with tight deadlines;
• Must have Strong communication and analytical skills, with a motivated and dependable attitude.
   

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of financial engineering and relational databases is a strong plus;
• A strong numerical intuition is an advantage along with Familiarity with source control, continuous integration, and profiling tools is preferred.
   

Responsibilities

• Create new financial products and features for proprietary pricing engines and trading systems;
• Enhance performance and ensure timely execution of quantitative models and systems;
• Identify and resolve issues across SIT, UAT, and production environments;
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines;
• Work closely with traders and quantitative modelers to meet business requirements;
• Collaborate with IT engineering teams to ensure smooth system integration and reliability.
