PMO – Business Management Support

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support community development and partnership initiatives. The role involves coordinating with diverse stakeholders to deliver financial literacy and outreach programs, managing budgets and resources, and preparing reports to track project impact.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree holder with strong communication and administrative skills to support;
  • Must have experience in leading outreach and financial literacy/community programs;
  • Strong stakeholder management with local organizations and financial institutions;
  • Must have proficiency in expense management, purchase orders, and reporting;
  • Ability to consolidate reports and track volunteer/outreach activities.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Confident, proactive, negotiation skills, attention to details, resourceful and able to multi-task;
  • Excellent interpersonal relations;
  • Good information technology and project management skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Relevant experience in a non-profit organisation will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead outreach and partnership efforts by planning, executing, and monitoring financial literacy programs and community initiatives;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders—including local organizations, community groups, and financial institutions—to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope while building strong collaborations;
  • Manage expenses, purchase orders/contracts, and gift premium reports to ensure efficient use of resources and financial transparency;
  • Consolidate reports by tracking and monitoring volunteer activities, outreach efforts, and other key metrics to highlight the impact of financial literacy initiatives;
  • Research financial literacy outreach trends and developments to provide insights for impactful, community-oriented projects;
  • Collaborate with finance, education, and social service teams to deliver successful, community-focused outcomes;
  • Provide administrative support, including premium coordination, procurement, payment processing, and contract status updates, to ensure smooth program operations;
  • Support staff engagement programs, such as conferences, workshops, and team-building activities, to foster a culture of financial literacy within the community.
