We are seeking a Communications Executive to join our client, a leading global financial institution for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on internal communications and employee engagement, including developing communication plans, creating content, and managing corporate events to support business priorities and connect employees. Ideal for candidates with 3–6 years’ experience in corporate communications who enjoy both strategy and hands-on execution.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Must have 3–6 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a similar role;
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to create engaging content across multiple formats;
- Must have demonstrated experience organizing and managing corporate events (e.g., town halls, offsites, staff engagement activities);
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior leaders and multiple teams;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Prior experience in large-scale corporate communications campaigns or regional projects;
- Familiarity with creating multimedia content (articles, videos, infographics, banners, eDMs);
- Experience curating employee engagement activities around volunteering, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion;
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines;
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leadership to align internal communications strategies with business priorities;
- Develop and deliver communication plans across multiple topics (leadership messages, business objectives, employee engagement, strategic initiatives);
- Create engaging communication content across different formats (articles, videos, infographics, eDMs, banners) tailored to employees;
- Manage a communications content calendar and ensure timely updates on intranet and other channels;
- Plan, execute, and manage employee engagement activities and corporate events (e.g., town halls, offsites, volunteering, staff appreciation);
- Maintain intranet pages and event materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility;
- Track and prepare monthly people analytics reports for management review;
- Continuously explore new ways of delivering messages to improve employee engagement and communications effectiveness.
