We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to join the Wealth Planning Solutions Hub under a leading Private Banking on a 12-month contract. The role supports projects, legal documentation, and resource management, while assisting with complex wealth planning structures such as trusts, family offices, philanthropic vehicles, and variable capital companies. You will work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver compliant and effective solutions that meet business needs.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accountancy, or related field;
• Must have some working experience in private wealth or wealth planning solutions;
• Must be proficient in MS Office and resource/project database management;
• Must be strong in drafting, analytical, and communication skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Desirable Skill(s)

• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP;
• Prior legal, paralegal, or accountancy background in wealth planning context;
• Familiarity with regulatory and tax frameworks across Asian markets;
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools for efficiency;
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of resource databases, legal templates, product guides, frameworks, and internal policies;
• Assist in assessing and onboarding complex structures and transactions across the full suite of wealth planning solutions;
• Liaise with bank stakeholders and external legal/tax advisors on assigned matters;
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions for Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners, and Trust Managers;
• Review and analyze legal and tax opinions, providing summaries and recommendations;
• Monitor regulatory and tax developments, preparing updates, briefs, and fact sheets for internal circulation;
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and maintain the WPSH resource repository;
• Support the Head of WPSH and team on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
